How we show up matters. Determination. Perseverance. Grace under fire. The attitude you bring to the moments before you affects what happens. Focused intention and laser-sharp thoughts in the direction of your goals bring results! Breakthroughs happen when you align energetically with your desires. Really feel into your desired outcome as if it is already shining gloriously before you. All doubts must be banished. Doubts simply contaminate the field of possibility. Continually showing up ready to step into what it is you want to manifest… is what helps bring forth the desired outcome. Have fun with these ideas. Empower yourself and be ready to take action in the direction of your dreams. Put on your manifesting cape and boldly show up for your day and all the moments put before you.

Here’s to exploring the process of breaking through. To find our way to our heart’s core, breaking through is essential. Breaking through emotional obstacles, difficult moments, trying experiences, complicated relationships, and so forth, will lead us back to ourselves.

I am curious about the process of breakthroughs because in doing so, we then seem able to spin the various threads of our lives into a more coherent, meaningful whole. There are numerous ways we can find our way to, embrace and honor our heart’s core. Once there, we can live more intentionally. When living mindfully and with a sense of purpose, we actually live in our brilliance because we are more deeply connected to the deepest parts of ourselves.

At various points in my life, I became quite disconnected from my authentic, true self. Eventually, I broke through pain and emotional barriers and found my way home, but not without significant hardship and struggle. My intention for this blog is to explore and play with different ideas about breaking through the walls that keep us from ourselves, our power, and our happiness. For when we can return to our strong core, weaving both broken and rediscovered parts together, we really do spin the threads of our lives into gold.
